As many may know, I had a goal of running by December. Well, as of now I am still not running. But I have been walking and climbing to improve my health as a survivor of young stroke.
This is why for Kujichagulia, the Kwanzaa principle of self-determination, I invite my friends, associates and even new friends to move with me! Help yourself and others who embody self-determination to move forward on this second day of Kwanzaa.
On Sunday, December 27, let's focus our collective self-determination toward helping YoungStroke, Inc. create stroke awareness and raise funds for its YoungStroke 2016 conference event. Even a small donation will go a long way toward helping me meet my goal of $2,500.
